Our modified version of the Golden Gate TAL assembly protocol based on the Cermak et al. method is available here.

Golden Gate compatible destination vectors that we have constructed are available through the non-profit repository AddGene.

Plasmids encoding highly active TALENs, designed using SAPTA, targeting genes in mammalian cells are also available through AddGene.

Discussion Groups and other TAL websites
tDnA@googlegroups.com is a discussion group for users of the TAL Design & Analysis tools.

The
TALE-NT webpage contains information about constructing TALs, and has a very fast search tool for determining whether or not your TALEN pair has many off-target sites in a genome.

TALEffectors.com is an open resource for TAL effector protocols, reagents, references, and tools.

TALEffectors@googlegroups.com is a discussion forum for a variety of TALE and TALEN topics.

TALEngineering.org is another portal with information about TALEs and TALENs

TALEngineering@googlegroups.com is the discussion forum for the TALEngineering group which has a special focus on FLASH assembly

A curated list of TALE and TALEN related publications and news items is available at
