TAL Assembly: FLASH Plate Layout
        This page describes the layout for the four 96-well plates required for FLASH assembly.
        ----For liquid handlers with limited deck space, FLASH_Plate_4 (containing termination fragments and initiation fragments)
            can be swapped with one of the other plates at indicated points in the worklist.
        ----The general layout of the plates follows the order given in the supplementary methods of the FLASH paper.

        To transfer the "Liquid Handler Worklist" output to excel, copy the text, open excel, right-click on cell A1, press "Paste Special", select "Paste As Text"
        Liquid Handler Well Numbering System--The worklist generated follows this numbering system:

        In the FLASH_Reaction_Plate, wells are filled in vertical columns to facilitate using an 8-channel pipette for the wash steps.

        The four plates containing the FLASH assembly components are defined as follows.
        ----'I' represents an initiation fragment
        ----'E' represents an extension fragment
        ----'T' represents a termination fragment
